Additional Information: · Minimum 6 years experience in Oracle 11i/R12 e-business Applications · Should have worked on at least 2-3 Implementations and should have experience as a Technical Manager/ Lead with expertise in Oracle applications R11i, R12 · Lead a team of Oracle apps developers · Participate and lead Solution design · Define the functional and Technical specs of the solution · Conversant with Oracle Tech-stack and Oracle Apps Architecture · Expert in DB design, DB concepts, Performance tuning, SQL, PL/SQL · Must have a few full life cycle implementation experience · Must be conversant with RICE components and AIM methodology · Expert in Forms, Reports, Conversions, Interfaces, XML Publisher and Discoverer Reports · Excellent communication skills required with Requirements Gathering, Designing and Documentation Capabilities

Who ever writes Inappropriate/Vulgar comments to context, generally want to be anonymous …So I hope U r not the one like that?
For lazy logs u can at least use Name/URL option which don’t even require any sign-in, good thing is that it can accept your lovely nick name also and URL is not mandatory too.
