EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
ETL Developer
· 4+ yrs. Data stage, DB2 UDB, UNIX.
· Strong technical knowledge in ETL Data stage, DB2 UDB and Unix scripting
· Can provide thorough analysis at shortest possible time and feasible solution design to implement
· Ability to design, develop, test and implement a solution as per business requirement.
Data stage ETL Developer
· 4+ years Experience- Data stage.
· Should have overall IT experience of 6+ years
· Should have excellent technical knowledge on ETL Data stage with 4+ years hands on experience working for large/medium scale projects
· Should have very good knowledge on Unix shell scripting with 3+ years hands on experience working for large/medium scale projects
· Should have excellent knowledge on SDLC and CMMi level 5 process and deliverables
· Should have excellent knowledge on creating/reviewing DDD/LLD with 4+ years hands on experience working for large/medium scale projects
· Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Good to have – previously worked on Data warehousing and/or Business Intelligence related projects.
ETL Datastage Developer
· 4+ yrs of experience in Data stage,
· Create ETL scripts
· Design of ETL
· Design UT cases
· Knowledge of Unix scripting
· Sound knowledge in Oracle DB (SQL)
ETL Developer
· 3+ yrs of exp in Data stage, Unix & DB2.
· Strong technical knowledge in ETL Data stage, DB2 UDB and Unix scripting
· Can provide thorough analysis at shortest possible time and feasible solution design to implement
· Ability to design, develop, test and implement a solution as per business requirement
· Good communication skills and should be able to interact with overseas client
· Should work closely with leads / managers and provide status reports periodically

Who ever writes Inappropriate/Vulgar comments to context, generally want to be anonymous …So I hope U r not the one like that?
For lazy logs u can at least use Name/URL option which don’t even require any sign-in, good thing is that it can accept your lovely nick name also and URL is not mandatory too.
