LOCATION: Noida AREAS: Service Desk (L1 Support) EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: A weekend event for Employee Referral is scheduled for Service Desk Professionals on Saturday , March 5, 2011 at Noida Location. Kindly ask your referrals, meeting the specifications, to come directly to the venue with resume. Resume must mention your name and your employee id. All positions are based out of Noida. Specifications for Service Desk Professionals: L1 Support Required Skills: Requirement Specification: · 2 yrs – 4 yrs experience in Technical Support · Able to categorize an incident correctly for call tracking and logging purposes · Excellent verbal and written communication · Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7) · Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications · Well versed with technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, Database, Windows) · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) · Tracking SLA performance and requesting agents to expedite response / resolution process to maintain the required SLA · Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions · Takes end to end Ownership of End User Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements · Escalates complex problems to the Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering · Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization · Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment Agreement (bond) as per the company policy

For lazy logs u can at least use Name/URL option which don’t even require any sign-in, good thing is that it can accept your lovely nick name also and URL is not mandatory too.
