Total Experience : 3- 5 years
Qualification:
Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable): BE / B Tech/ MCA/ B.Sc
Excellent Communication skills
Experience & Professional skill:
· At least 2 years of working experience in Lotus Notes client troubleshooting (preferably Version 7.01 and above)
· Basic knowledge of Domino Server is sufficient
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Enthusiastic and committed
· Confident self-starter, capable of innovation and lateral thinking
· Capable of operating in tight schedules
· Should be having Flexible approach
· CLS/CLP preferred.
Candidate should be willing to work in shifts including Night Shifts.
Additional Skills:
· ITIL Certified.

Who ever writes Inappropriate/Vulgar comments to context, generally want to be anonymous …So I hope U r not the one like that?
For lazy logs u can at least use Name/URL option which don’t even require any sign-in, good thing is that it can accept your lovely nick name also and URL is not mandatory too.
