Test Release Manager   Required Experience:  10-12 years   Skills/ technologies required: Delivery Mgt Experience – Preferable in Testing Projects / PMP –desirable. Understanding –Experience of Release Management and configuration. Management / Customer facing experience is must. Tools:  Rational RequisitePro , RTM Workshop, Caliber RM   Role & Responsibilities:   Responsible for all testing required for a given release. Coordinates with other testing roles to plan and schedule testing required for a release. Gathers testing reports/statistics and provides to PMO/Release management.   Location & No of Openings:-  USA-Redmond- 1 position   Test Manager- Stability & Performance Testing   Required Experience:  7-8 years   Skills/ technologies required: Test Management experience in Handset Development Projects/Application development projects. BREW – Brew MP experience. Experience in White Box Testing is must. Tools: JUNIT, Memory Profiler,Bugzilla, HP QC,Jtrac, Rational Clear Quest.   Role & Responsibilities:   Responsible for Stability and Performance testing for the program product. Responsible for partnering with platform and OEM vendors to create a strategy and ongoing testing environment for executing stability and performance tests. Responsible for development and maintenance of stability and performance test plans and test cases. Responsible for executing test cases and gathering testing statistics. Responsible for reporting testing outcome to PMO release management.   Location & No of Openings:-  USA-Redmond- 1 position    Test Manager- Regression/ Validation Testing   Required Experience:  7-8 years   Skills/ technologies required:   Test Management experience in Handset Testing Projects / Application Testing projects. BREW – Brew MP experience / Understand. Experience in Black Box Testing is must. Test Automation experience is desirable Tools: JDSU commercial, RHOMS, TEMS,Bugzilla, HP QC,Jtrac, Rational Clear Quest.   Role & Responsibilities:   Responsible for Validation and Regression Testing for the program product.  Responsible to create a strategy and ongoing testing environment for executing Validation and regression tests. Responsible for development and maintenance of Validation and regression test plans and test cases. Works with other testing leads to incorporate test cases into a regression/Validation test suite. Responsible for executing test cases and gathering testing statistics. Responsible for reporting testing outcome to PMO release management and Porting management. Partners with OEMs to plan and execute Validation tests of the program product on OEM devices.   Location & No of Openings:- USA-Redmond- 1 position   Test Manager- UI/Application Testing   Required Experience: 7-8 years   Skills/ technologies required:   Test Management experience in Handset Testing Projects / Application Testing projects. Responsible to create a strategy and ongoing testing environment for executing UI/Application tests. Responsible for development and maintenance of UI/Application test plans and test cases. Works with Application Manager and Design team to understand requirements to build effective test cases. Responsible for executing test cases and gathering testing statistics. Responsible for reporting testing outcome to PMO release management. Partners with OEMs to plan and execute Validation tests of the program product on OEM devices.   Location & No of Openings: USA-Redmond- 1 position.   Test Analyst   Required Experience:  4-5 Years   Skills/ technologies required:   Test Case design experience Must. Tester in Development environment. BREW – Brew MP experience - Any other OS like Windows CE / Symbian and Android  Tools: Mobile compete, Device Anywhere, Perfecto Mobile, Fanfare, QTP , Rational Robot ,JUNIT, Memory Profiler.   Role & Responsibilities:   Provides support to each Test area for Test Plan documentation, test case design and documentation, testing result analysis and reporting.   Location & No of Openings: USA-Redmond- 4 position   Test Engineer Required Experience:  4-5 years   Skills/ technologies required:   Test Case automation experience Must. Tester in Development environment + Test Tool knowledge such as J-Unit / Writing stubs and API testing experience. BREW – Brew MP experience - Any other OS like Windows CE / Symbian and Android.  Tools: JUNIT, Memory Profiler Mobile compete, Device Anywhere, Perfecto Mobile, Fanfare, QTP , Rational Robot   Role & Responsibilities:   Provides support the design, implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts. Executes automation test runs and delivers results to Test PM's and Test Analysts. Tools: JUNIT, Memory Profiler, Mobile compete, Device Anywhere, Perfecto Mobile, Fanfare, QTP , Rational Robot   Location & No of Openings:- USA-Redmond- 4 position.   Tester   Required Experience:  1-3 years   Skills/ technologies required:   Development Testing, Black box testing, Application Testing – White box testing Tools: JUNIT, Memory Profiler  Winrunner, Load runner, Rational Test Studio, Silk Performer Bugzilla, HP QC,Jtrac, Rational Clear Quest.   Role & Responsibilities:   Executes Test Cases as defined for each test area.
